"Our results declare that within this species, the ones that like eating at feeders tend very important in driving disease epidemics," explained Dana Hawley, a member in the Global Change Center at Virginia Tech. "If this is correct for other wildlife species too, natural meats be able to more effectively reduce disease by targeting these 'high risk' individuals."
